ITRC Forum is an all-in-one event introduced to the Social Welfare sector by Information Technology Resource Centre (ITRC) of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) providing NGOs with various angles and view of Information Technologies. Throughout the past years, ITRC had delivered 228 seminars and trainings and attracted over 7000 participants.

The theme of ITRC Forum 2009 is "Online Communication", which aims to introduce the concept of online communication, also includes the use of online radio, forums, IT online applications, etc. to the NGOs. This year in 2009, we will also co-host the event with Internet Society Hong Kong bringing speakers from China and Australia to share in the areas of Online Communication and Donation. The Event will be hosted at Cyberport on 27 Nov. 2009 targeting to over 5,000 social welfare professionals in levels including but not limited to directors, general secretaries, IT Managers and Financial Controllers.

資訊科技資源中心將於十一月二十七日假數碼港舉辦「ITRC研討會2009－網上傳訊研討會」。

研討會分為上下午兩部分，上午為主題演講及討論。而資訊科技資源中心亦將為科技捐贈計劃的新捐贈伙伴Version 2 Limited進行捐贈計劃啟動儀式，以慶祝計劃正式接受機構申請ESET NOD32產品捐贈。我們亦將於同日推出嶄新網上籌款平台 - Everyday Hero Hong Kong。申請詳情將於當日下午公佈。
