The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) has been working closely with different sectors to promote digital inclusion. To facilitate innovation and technology for improving people\u2019s quality of life in different domains such as social services, employment, education, economy and mass communication. By designing and developing various ICT applications, ICT competition and services, HKCSS aims to advocate the better use of ICT among NGOs so that more could enjoy the convenience and advantages from applications of ICT.<\/p>\n
