Workshop on IT e-Service Development for the Social Welfare Sector<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In 2021, the Social Welfare Department released the “Final Report of the Review Report on Information Technology Strategy in the Hong Kong Social Welfare Sector”, which mentioned the development of electronic services for service users to directly register online , submitting spreadsheets, and querying processing status. The Information Technology Resource Center has served organizations for more than 20 years, has rich experience and professional knowledge, and understands the actual needs of organizations and the operation of various social services. A range of programs including:<\/span><\/p>\n

The automated event registration system allows service users to self-register, pay event fees and use QR-Code to register attendance. The administrator can add, modify, delete the information of each activity, set the number of activities, etc. in real time through the background management. <\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

2. Electronic payment solution<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The center can use terminals that support up to 15 electronic payment methods when collecting fees daily, reducing the mistakes in cash replacement. <\/span><\/td>\n

Upgraded to Microsoft 365, each user can have an independent email address, and each user can also obtain 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage space, which is convenient for instant collaboration among colleagues Work and easily share and access files. <\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
