Information Technology Resource Center (ITRC)

ITRC is a branch of HKCSS Social Enterprise Limited, wholly owned by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, established in 2001 with the mission to develop a facilitating environment for welfare agencies to adopt ICT, We have a team of professional IT experts and long experience of serving welfare agencies. We worl with the Government and businesses effectively to channel appropriate technologies and community resources into helping the daily lives of the people in need. We are working towards a “Digitally Inclusive Society”.

  • To explore, promote and provide ICT solutions and related products/services to the sector
  • To promote Digital Inclusion and equitable ICT policies
