Question 1 | in DC2023-TD1-08, Page 2, 2.2 environmental specification, power
Is the DC rectifier system owned and provided by HKCSS? Or you need our data center to provide the DC rectifier system? Does AC RPDU meet your requirements? |
Response | Please be clarified that this requirement is for the entire data centre facility, not for the cabinets rented specifically. Currently, there is no equipment item which requires DC power supply. However, data centre should be ready to provide DC power supply in case there are such equipment items in the future. |
Question 2 | in DC2023-TD1-08, Page3, 2.3 and 2.6 Could you clarify the power consumption requirement for each rack cabinet? |
Response | Please refer to 2.6 of DC2023-TD1-08, the required power for each rack is 7.5A (1.725kVA) currently. However, data centre should be ready to provide an option to support maximum 13A power consumption per rack in case there are such needs in future. |
